Nuestros pisos están en pleno centro de Alicante. Está en la zona denominada “Mercado Central”, donde vive la mayoría de los estudiantes porque está muy bien comunicado con la Universidad de Alicante (unos 20 minutos en autobús y 15 minutos en tranvía) y la zona de fiesta.
Las habitaciones son muy agradables y soleadas y lo tiene todo para que tu estancia en Alicante sea perfecta. Para su privacidad todas las habitaciones tienen cerradura en la puerta con llave.
Disponemos de 7 habitaciones (2 habitaciones con cama doble y baño privado, 3 habitaciones con cama doble y 2 habitaciones individuales para estudiantes internacionales.
La cocina está totalmente equipada (lavadora, microondas, sartenes, ollas, cubiertos…) y las habitaciones también.
Le proporcionaremos un edredón/manta, sábanas para la cama, una almohada y un calentador eléctrico para el invierno y un ventilador para el verano.
Siempre estamos renovando nuestras habitaciones para que se vean mejor. Todos tienen al menos una cama, un armario, una cómoda, un escritorio con una silla de estudio y una lámpara de lectura.
Los servicios de agua, gas y luz no están incluidos pero suelen oscilar aproximadamente entre 25 y 35€ al mes. También hay un depósito que te devolveremos el día que te vayas (este depósito es el mismo importe que una mensualidad).
Se alquila por periodos de 5 meses: de septiembre a finales de enero y de febrero a finales de junio. Si decides quedarte durante el verano podríamos hablar de ello.
Llevamos alquilando habitaciones a estudiantes internacionales desde el año 2000 y siempre es un placer ayudar a nuestros estudiantes a vivir la mejor de las experiencias en Alicante.
Our apartments are in the heart of Alicante. It is in the area called “Central Market”, where most of the students live because it is very well connected to the University of Alicante (about 20 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by tram) and the party area.
The rooms are very nice and sunny and it has everything to make your stay in Alicante perfect. For your privacy all rooms have a lock on the door with a key.
We have 7 rooms (2 rooms with double bed and private bathroom, 3 rooms with double bed and 2 single rooms for international students.
The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, pans, pots, cutlery...) and so are the rooms.
We will provide you with a duvet/blanket, bed sheets, a pillow and an electric heater for the winter and a fan for the summer.
We are always updating our rooms to make them look better. They all have at least one bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a study chair, and a reading lamp.
Water, gas and electricity services are not included but usually range between approximately €25 and €35 per month. There is also a deposit that we will return to you the day you leave (this deposit is the same amount as a monthly payment).
It is rented for periods of 5 months: from September to the end of January and from February to the end of June. If you decide to stay over the summer we could talk about it.
